We will give you a one-time Personal Identification Number (PIN) enabling you to gain access to your secure health records. All patients are required to use this unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) to verify their identity. If you have not received your PIN, please contact MyHealth Support at (509) 548-3420.

2. Register Online

Once you have received your PIN, register using the form below.

1. Create a user ID and password.
2. Verify your identity using the PIN.
3. Select your preferred method of contact.
